We are such forgetful people. Thank you for reminding us that not only do we as Christians owe or freedom to Christ but we as Americans owe our freedom to those who fought and died for it.
We need to remember that while on Memorial Day we remember those who died for us in battle, on Veteran's Day we remember ALL veterans, both those young and old, near and far away and very much alive.
Jim and I were watching a John Wayne WW II film and talking about his Dad and Poppy both in the Navy in WW II. There aren't too many of those good old boys left.God Bless them and those who are fighting, today! A beautiful picture! Love, NVSIS
