A very beautiful photo. I can't imagine what makes a person snap like that and shoot children.

And this was in an Amish school-peaceful people with no malice-why, oh God?

Oh, that is so sad, isn't it. What would we do without our Comforter? A lovely picture, Janice.

Nice pic. It is sad about the shooting. It just shows why it is so important to be close to our loving Heavenly Father.

the amish are such gentle people, did you notice that no reporter got them on camera to question them. i think this is bad when the news people go out and question people after some awful thing has happen and say, how do you feel? they didn't get chance to do that to the amish . this world is a wicked place.

I'll say Amen with you on your prayer. This is a time for the Holy Spirit to bring comfort to them all, especially the families (and the children affected) having tramatized or injured or killed children.

Thanks for dropping by. In a wicked world there is still beauty.

Why?! We'll likely never have an answer to that question. But the truth is that God allows bad things to happen to the good and the innocent, just as He allows good things to happen to the bad. We never know when or how or sometimes even why our time is up. We just must be always vigil, and always ready.

I will never understand why things like these shootings take place. When I watch my friends' kids play and discover the world I cannot comprehend how one can even think of harming them.

Thanks for this picture and reminder to pray for the families of those poor girls in Pennsylvania.

Hey Janice,

Sorry I haven't been around much due to poor health. Just recovered today but the haze in Singapore is triggering my asthma attacks.

It's really sad to see such fiasco, but then again God will send His Words & Heal them!

Have a good week! God Bless:-)
