Thanks for the comment. That particular friend lives over 100 miles away. She moved, I stayed. The problem with being a person my age raising kids is that I don't fit too well with the "mommies" and the "grannies" are doing other things.
Not all of course; there are more of us bringing up another generation than there should be.
